What is Barke. Collection's return policy?

We offer a 60 day return window from the day your order arrives. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, with original tags and packaging. Email shop@barke.au to start a return.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is approved, the refund goes to the same payment method used at checkout.

Which items cannot be returned?

We cannot accept returns on perishable items such as dog treats, custom made or personalised products, gift cards and sale items.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us right away at shop@barke.au and we will sort it out quickly and make things right.

Do you ship Australia wide?

Yes. We ship to addresses across Australia. Shipping starts from $9.95 and delivery usually takes 2 to 7 business days after dispatch. We do not currently ship overseas.

Dog toys

Which dog toy suits a small dog?

Each toy page lists a size guide and the dog sizes it suits. For example, the Butternut Small snuffle toy has an average body diameter of 13cm and suits extra small to medium dogs.

Are treat pocket toys good for slow feeding?

Yes. Toys with hidden treat pockets, such as the Butternut snuffle gourd, encourage problem solving and slower feeding because your dog has to search for each treat.

Can I wash Lambwolf Collective toys?

Care instructions are on each product page. Many Lambwolf Collective plush toys can be machine washed on a gentle cycle and air dried.

Should I supervise my dog with a new toy?

Yes. We recommend supervising your dog whenever you introduce any new toy.
