We aim to dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours on regular business days. Place your order by 9 AM, and we’ll do our best to ship it out the same day!

Delivery usually takes 2–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

We accept change-of-mind returns, as long as a few conditions are met:

• The item must be unused, in re-sellable condition, and returned in its original packaging.
• You’ll need to lodge your return within 60 days of receiving your order by emailing us at shop@barke.au. Please include your full name and the item(s) you wish to return.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return criteria — unused, undamaged, and complete with original packaging.

If everything checks out, we’ll issue a refund to the same credit card used for the original purchase.

We know shopping online isn’t always easy, especially when it comes to finding the perfect fit for your pup. If you’ve ordered the wrong size, we’re happy to assist with an exchange.
